Bu Shi First Blog Post

我是位马来西亚美食摄影师，位于吉隆坡。我在几年前开始了我的美食摄影之旅。 在此之前，我是婚纱店和人像摄影师。

捕食（Bu Shi food photography）是我的第一个博客。 是什么原因促使我开始了美食摄影生活？
其实原因很简单，那就是我拥有一位爱下厨的妻子。 她所烹饪的食物自然而然地变成了我的拍摄主角。 在拍摄的期间，我渐渐地对美食产生了兴趣。开始好奇，这么棒的食物到底是用了什么食材来配搭才能煮出那么美味的料理呢？我不断地向她讨教，她买回来的烹饪书也成为我学习的一部分。书籍只不过是基础，最终还是要亲自下厨去证明我所学的是否相同。不用我说，你们也应该猜到……是的，烹饪并没有我想象中那么的容易。但至少我在这段学习期间，对食材加深了了解。它在我日后拍摄美食时，帮助了我很多。因为我知道每一道厨师端上桌的美食，都是他们用心烹调出来的。我要拍得更精雕细琢，我要以我无限的角度来告诉你们每一份美食，都是厨师在背后用心研制的。我希望，能以最简单直接的方式来表达出那份美味。一张会说话的照片，胜过千言万语！我的美食摄影蓝图，从这里开始。

I’m a Malaysian food photographer, based in Kuala Lumpur. My food photography journey started few years ago. Before this, I am a wedding and portrait photographer.

(Bu Shi Food Photography) is my first blog. Why am I started food photography life? 

The reason is simple, because I have a best cook wife. Her home-cooked food naturally became my photography inspiration. During my shooting, I became interested in food. I wonder, why the foods are so delicious ? 

What kind of ingredients are used to make such great food? I started learning from my wife, and the cookbook that she bought became part of my study. Books are nothing more than basics. In the end, I still have to cook to prove that what I learned is the same. Needless to say, you should also guess ... Yes, cooking not as easy as I thought. But at least I have deepened my understanding of ingredients during this study period. It’s definitely help me a lot more now. As I know cooking is about creating something delicious for someone else. It’s a perfect creation and thoughts of the chef.

I will let my heart and mind to lead the soul of the foods during my shooting. You know the old saying, A picture is worth a thousand words.
